Returns

At Gridless Haven, our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Returns Allowed In: United States only

To qualify for a return the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including its original packaging.

Defective Products

If your product arrives defective, returns are free of charge. We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.

Customer Remorse Returns

For returns made due to a change of mind or buyer's remorse, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.

  • Restocking Fee: 25%
  • Refund Processing Time: 3 days

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be additional processing time before your refund is reflected.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We accept exchanges! Please email us at support@GridlessHaven.com to initiate an exchange.

Shipping

To return a product, it must be shipped back in its original packaging, along with all parts and components. For any warranty-related issues, please contact the manufacturer directly.

If you are returning an item for reasons other than defects, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. However, for defective products, shipping costs will not be charged to you.

Shipping times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
